Meet Sam & Julie

The co-founders of Love Elevate Yoga

  • My vision is to foster a beautiful community of kindred spirits, where positive and meaningful connections flourish. My deepest desire is for people to nurture self-love and self-care, allowing their inner light to radiate in the world. I am passionate about providing everyone with the tools needed to craft the life of their dreams by tapping into the depths of their hearts and souls.

Central to my teachings is mindfulness, guiding people to become attuned to their feelings and sensations, gently bringing them back to the present moment with a spirit of curiosity rather than judgment. Letting go of the tendency to compare, I encourage a collective atmosphere where we not only lift each other up but also take pride in our individual accomplishments.

My aspiration is to elevate the positive vibrations around us by cultivating resilience, courage, strength, and joy. Through the nurturing of a joy-filled existence, I believe we uncover a deeper sense of purpose in our actions and decisions. Living a life full of joy, allows us to find more purpose and fulfillment.

  • So, imagine this: Love Elevate is like that big warm hug from us, saying, "Hey, I get you, and I’ve got your back." It's like stepping into your own cozy space, where you can kick off your shoes and just be yourself.

This is more than just a brand—it's your personal retreat, a place where you can find your inner strength and navigate life's ups and downs with confidence.

With Love Elevate, I want to create a space where you can overcome challenges, find comfort, and embrace who you are. It's all about celebrating your uniqueness and feeling supported every step of the way.

I'm all about breaking boundaries and building connections that run deep. Think of Love Elevate as your friendly guide, reflecting back the amazing person you truly are.

So, in every little detail of Love Elevate, my goal is simple: to lift you up, empower you, and remind you that you're not alone. You're seen, you're understood, and you're supported—always.
