Love Elevate
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I've guided thousands of students through classes, retreats, and workshops across North America. As a lululemon Kelowna ambassador, my teaching blends mindful movement, philosophy, and real reflection.
I started Love Elevate because I believe yoga is more than movement ✦ it's a way of training awareness. Awareness of our thoughts, our energy, and the impact we have on each other. My goal is simple: to lift you up, empower you, and help you step fully into the role you were always meant to play — conscious creator of your own life.
